Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. She began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Then she received her Pro Card only one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at the age of 16, at which point she stopped the sport of gymnastics. She won her Pro Card just one year later, at the age of 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her pro card to pursue her education. She came back in 2015 and continued from her previous place of participating in some of the most prestigious contests such as the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting up new goals. At the end 2009 she won the titles of four other fitness contests. She also became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) when she won in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competition to get her college degree. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel made a successful comeback at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the show, she finished at third. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations before and was very proud of the result. Ariel was competing against the best of elite athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel likes working out her back. The workouts she does for strengthening her back are bent-over rows on the machine that use single arm lat pull downs. She usually warms up first and then proceeds on to the working sets. Ariel gets the most out of her limited time. Supersetting all of the back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
